About the Panathinaikos Calendar
The Panathinaikos Calendar is an independent, amateur fan page that gathers every Panathinaikos department's fixtures in one place. We are not part of the club, we run no advertising, and we ask nobody for their details. We built it because we wanted it ourselves: a calendar that answers "when is Panathinaikos playing?" at a glance, instead of sending you hunting across five different sites.
What it is
An unofficial fan page, free and ad-free, covering every Panathinaikos team department: football, basketball, volleyball and water polo, men's and women's. We are not affiliated with PAE, KAE, AO Panathinaikos or any competition, and we do not represent any of them. All we do is collect publicly available information from their official sources and present it in a form you can read at a glance — with the kickoff time, the venue and the competition where they belong.
What it covers
- Every team department: football, basketball, volleyball and water polo, men's and women's
- Home fixtures for every department, plus home and away for the men's basketball team
- Real kickoff times where they have been announced, and a clear "TBA" where they have not
- Filters by department, venue and competition, plus search
- Month, week and list views
- A link to the official source for every fixture
- Greek and English, light and dark themes
- A live iCal subscription in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
How it is kept up to date
Fixtures are collected automatically from official sources — competitions and federations — and matched against our records before they appear. When a source moves a kickoff, postpones a match or adds one, the change lands in the next daily refresh. When two sources disagree the more authoritative one wins: the competition first, then the club, then news outlets, then fan reports. Every fixture keeps a link to its source, so you can check it yourself.
How the iCal subscription works
An iCal file is the common calendar format that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook all read. There are two ways to take the fixtures with you, and they are not the same thing.
- Press "Subscribe link" in the calendar and copy the address we give you.
- In Google Calendar choose "Other calendars", then "From URL". In Apple Calendar choose "File", then "New Calendar Subscription".
- Paste the address. The calendar appears on your device and keeps itself current — moved kickoffs, postponements and new fixtures all arrive on their own.
- If you would rather have a file, download the .ics once and open it. Just remember that a file is a snapshot: it will never update again.
Frequently asked questions
Is this official?
No. It is an unofficial, amateur fan project. We are not connected to PAE, KAE, AO Panathinaikos or any competition, and we do not speak on their behalf.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no hidden charges, and you never need an account to view or download anything.
How do I report a mistake?
Every fixture links to its official source, and it is worth checking that first — often the change has been made there and simply has not reached us yet. If something still looks wrong, corrections and suggestions are always welcome.
How often is it updated?
Daily. Fixtures are collected automatically from the official sources, so a moved kickoff or a postponement lands in the next refresh without anyone having to do anything.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. The site is also a web app: open it in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home Screen". From then on it opens like a regular app, with no app store involved.
